RN - MedSurg

Registered Nurses provide comprehensive, goal-oriented nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. This role blends medical-surgical and rehabilitative nursing, focusing on helping patients regain function and independence in a supportive, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to diverse rehab patients Monitor patient status and administer medications and treatments Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers on care plans Educate patients and families on recovery, self-care, and discharge needs Support patient progress toward functional independence and rehab goals Qualifications Active RN license in Pennsylvania Experience in med-surg, rehab, or acute care preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
