At California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy (CRST), you’ll be part of a clinician-led team committed to providing exceptional, hands‑on care in a supportive environment. What You’ll Do Deliver evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop individualized plans of care tailored to patient goals Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab Document care thoroughly and accurately in our EMR system Collaborate closely with team members to ensure optimal outcomes Build strong patient and community relationships Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and payer standards Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active (or eligible) California PT license Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply About Us California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy is part of Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) — a clinician‑led organization supporting more than 250 clinics across 16 states.
