Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health needs, leading to the formulation of effective and personalized treatment plans. \n Deliver evidence-based therapy services, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual, group, and family dynamics. \n Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to provide holistic and coordinated care, optimizing client outcomes. \n Offer crisis intervention services to assist clients in acute distress, ensuring they receive the necessary support during emergencies. \n Engage in ongoing community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma associated with mental illness. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client population encompasses a diverse array of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions.
