We are seeking reliable and safety-minded Forklift Operators to join the team at the Leipsic, OH facility. This temp-to-hire role supports warehouse operations by safely moving materials, supporting production, and ensuring timely shipment of goods to major customers.

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Temp-to-Hire

Training: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1 week)

Shift After Training: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM on a 2-2-3 schedule

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Duties:

• Shipping - loading product to direct ship to customers.
• Unloading - bringing product in form other Mars sites to be able to fulfil orders to customers.
• Line takeaway - taking product off production lines and storing in the warehouse.
• Case pick - specialize pallets that will be hand picked per request of specific customers.

Position Requirements:

• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule after training.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as needed.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Background Check
• Drug Test
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to Lift 60 pounds.
• Required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
