Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager, you will plan and direct all phases of store operations as efficiently as possible to achieve maximum sales and profitability. Essential Functions: Responsible for daily store operations Scheduling, training, and evaluating personnel Cash balancing and recording Assure excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints when necessary Maintain safe working conditions by following company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and attractive retail sales floor through effective merchandising Oversee quality control and inventory Supervise the transfer of store shipments to appropriate departments Basic Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in management and leadership Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to work varied hours which will include evenings weekends Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision, Voluntary Term Life, Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, Retirement, and generous vacation package.
