We are currently partnering with a well-known national company seeking an experienced Contract Employment Attorney to provide immediate support on a variety of employment and HR-related legal matters. This opportunity offers the chance to work directly with business leaders and legal stakeholders on EEOC responses, administrative proceedings, mediation support, employment investigations, and day-to-day employment counseling in a flexible and collaborative environment. What We're Looking For: Significant employment law experience required Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association Extensive EEOC, administrative agency, and employment claim experience strongly preferred Experience handling mediation position statements, agency responses, and employment-related disputes Ability to independently assess legal issues, identify missing information, and develop practical solutions Strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience advising employers on a broad range of employment matters Additional business law or corporate experience is a plus Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and can quickly get up to speed on complex matters Compensation & Benefits: Competitive contract compensation, approximately $100/hour Flexible scheduling options Primarily remote work environment Opportunity for long-term or temp-to-hire consideration Meaningful, high-level employment law work with immediate impact Why Partner with Emerald Search Partners?
