Human Resources CoordinatorIFABCorp. Is looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to handle a variety of HR administrative duties in our Gastonia office. This position plays a crucial role in the HR department.Responsibilities:Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries and direct complex matters where appropriateProvide administrative assistance to employeesCompletes employment eligibility documentation, including I-9's and E-Verify in a timely mannerManage onboarding processes, including coordination of first day details, orientation and other employee experience activitiesMaintain HR personnel filesManage ordering supplies for the department to include business card and name tag ordering processManage Employment VerificationsAssist with Annual Benefits Enrollment where neededSupport recruitment in job fair sign-ups when neededAssist with employee activitiesPrepare HR presentation materials and employee documentsDocument standard operating procedures for internal HR processesMaintain confidentialityMaintain compliance with local, state and federal reporting requirementsProvide general HR support for the employee communityServe as back up for a broad range of HR processesOther duties as assignedRequired Experience: Three years of related work experience preferred, or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to be able to perform the role.
