Training Coordinator

The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Training Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Austin, TX. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description:
- $26 - $29/hour based on previous experience.
- Training Enrollments and Communication:
- Coordinate with Commercial Excellence team to align on new employee educational needs.
- Manage training enrollments, including registration, scheduling, and trainee communication.
- Coordinate with trainers, instructors, the events team, and trainees to ensure smooth training logistics.
- Communicate training details, schedules, and updates via email, LMS announcements, or other channels.
- Leverage education and tracking tools such as LMS, Cvent, SmartSheets, etc.
- Certification Path Tracking:
- Monitor and track progress of employees through certification paths within the Learning Management System (LMS) and other ancillary tools.
- Ensure accurate recording of completed courses, assessments, and certifications in compliance with SOPs.
- Collaborate with education and department managers to verify compliance with certification requirements.
- Generate standard reports on training completion, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance training processes, streamline workflows, and improve user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, HR, Information Technology).
- Experience with LMS administration and training coordination.
- Experience navigating Microsoft office platforms, specifically outlook, teams, and excel for data evaluation and management.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and related tools.
