Job Description

Tooele Motor Company is one of Utah’s fastest-growing automotive dealerships, and we are actively hiring motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-volume team.

If you are experienced in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or commission-based sales and want a dealership with strong traffic, a transparent pay plan, and real earning potential, we want to hear from you.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn up to $150,000+ per year
$3,000 monthly guaranteed draw
Unlimited commission and bonus potential

Responsibilities

Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life
Guide customers through a professional and transparent sales process
Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
Maintain follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Work closely with finance and management teams to maximize customer experience
Maintain a professional, competitive, and team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

Automotive sales experience preferred
Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience required
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
