Assist with specimen collection and preparation for testing as needed.

Document all processes meticulously, train new personnel or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment. Maintaining your certification throughout your tenure is essential.
