Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and improving industrial equipment? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our maintenance team and play a critical role in keeping a large manufacturing operation running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility
• Repair and replace production equipment, machinery, and components
• Maintain overhead cranes, silos, HVAC systems, belts, filters, and other facility equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work orders
• Work on a mix of legacy and modern manufacturing equipment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Welding, plumbing, HVAC, or metal fabrication experience is a plus

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Circle Pines, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
