Quality Engineer Full Stack/SDET

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer Full Stack/SDET on behalf of our client in Pittsburgh, PA . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation, quality engineering, programming, and building scalable automation frameworks for modern web, API, and microservices-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks.
Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Develop UI and API automation for web and browser-based applications.
Test REST APIs, services, and microservices.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
Develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test models.
Perform database and data-layer testing.
Support performance testing initiatives.
Work with containerized environments and modern application architectures.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to improve overall product quality.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Test Automation / Quality Engineering .
Hands-on experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
Strong programming or scripting skills.
Experience with UI and API automation .
Experience testing REST APIs, services, and microservices.
Experience with web and browser-based applications.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines .
Strong understanding of test design, test scenarios, test cases, and test modeling.
Experience with database/data-layer testing.
Exposure to performance testing.
Experience with containers, microservices, and modern application architectures.
