Job Listings For Sunny Days & Sunshine Center Competitive Rates, Based on Experience ($65/ hour - $75/ hour) Job Description: We are looking for Physical Therapists to provide home‑based Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers, and their families. Sunny Days of California, Inc. specializes in early intervention for children birth‑to‑three, providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy and child development services across California. We have the following benefits and perks: Sign‑on bonus (up to $1000) Create your own schedule Flexible schedules & locations of your choice Paid mileage between sessions Eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Eligible for Sick Time May be eligible to participate in Sunny Days 401(k) plan Supportive and positive team environment Opportunity to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays in homes and community settings Job Responsibilities Conduct developmental assessments and provide physical therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon) Follow each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and work with the family to develop strategies to help the child reach developmental goals Utilize the family‑centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and to ensure progress is generalized Provide services in the child’s natural environment, homes, daycare centers, and/or community settings Conduct re‑assessments and write progress reports (typically bi‑annual) Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and federal/state regulations Requirements California Physical Therapy (DPT) license Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred) Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Bilingual in Spanish a plus Equal Opportunity Employment Sunny Days is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
