Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups.
• Verify patient insurance and financial information.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Address patient inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
• Assist in the management of office supplies and inventory.
• Promote a positive office environment and patient experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental office experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Dentrix Dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is advantageous.
