Bartender

Job Location: Beaverton, OR 97005 Position Type: Seasonal Travel Percentage: None Shift: Any Category: Restaurant - Food Service POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for experienced bartenders for our summer season to prepare drinks on an as needed basis using predetermined preparation standards and recipes. Flexible schedules are desired as hours can vary; AM and PM shifts are available. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE Hourly rate of pay based on relevant experience. Ability to receive tips. Complimentary club membership. Discounts on club products and services. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum required age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages at the location of employment. Familiar with basic kitchen/cooking equipment. Background in restaurants or food service preferred. Food Handler certification within 30 days of employment. Alcohol Server certification required. Excellent communication skills. Good organizational skills. Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology. Five-star customer service skills. Enjoy working in a fast‑paced and varied environment where the customer is first. Committed and flexible. Outgoing, friendly, and able to work with and serve all kinds of people. Fast learner with a variety of interests. High energy with a positive outlook and can‑do spirit. Team player who enjoys taking on new challenges. Bilingual a plus. Progress toward high school diploma or college degree preferred.
