Encore is seeking an individual who is looking to join the Maintenance Team. In this role, you will be working as a Machinist in our Machine Shop. MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO AN ONSITE DRUG SCREEN Essential Job Functions Operate manual machine shop equipment including knee mills, lathes, surface grinders, saws, hoist, drill press, Morrison key seater, and a forklift. Read prints and/or make parts from a sample. Work in a team environment, have your own tools, and be able to work nights and weekends. Have basic computer skills. Prefer candidates with at least 5 years of experience operating in a machine shop environment. Position does not involve CNC equipment. Hours Nights 9pm-7am Work Environment & Physical Responsibilities Duties are performed in a loud production setting subject to extreme temperatures. Some duties may be required to be performed outside. Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping. Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds while bending, twisting and/or standing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
