Accounts Payable Analyst

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Accounts Payable Analyst positions in Richmond, VA. Responsibilities:

· Audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and expense management procedures while identifying potential misuse, fraud risks, and policy violations

· Review corporate card and Purchase Card (P-Card) transactions, investigate discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate transaction recording

· Perform account reconciliations, support month-end activities, maintain audit documentation, and ensure financial controls are followed

· Provide stakeholder support by resolving expense and corporate card inquiries, communicating policy requirements, and assisting with process improvements

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

· 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, expense auditing, corporate card programs, or a related finance function

· Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and working with large volumes of data

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work in a high-volume, process-driven environment

Pay Details: $24.33 per hour
