What You’ll Do Provide ABA services in school, home & community settings Implement behavior plans under LBS/BCBA supervision Assist with assessments and data collection Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills Collaborate closely with LBSs/BCBAs and performance coaches Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance) This Role Is Great For You If You: Enjoy working directly with students Want a long-term career in ABA or behavioral health Are open to learning, coaching, and growth Are comfortable working in schools and homes Value ethics, teamwork, and professionalism Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.
