XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for an Administrator Helper / Recruiter!
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Available for overtime during Peak)
Location: Richardson, TX 75080
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Make and manage 200+ phone calls as needed to contact candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and employees in both English and Spanish.
- Use computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office to maintain records and update information.
- Multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate schedules, follow up with candidates, and assist with staffing needs.
- Travel out of state as needed to support recruiting and business operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, organization, and confidentiality.
- Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- High school Diploma
- Drivers License
- Available to travel out of state.
- Familiar with Microsoft computer programs
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Good computer and data entry skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Reliable, flexible, and dependable.
- Willingness to travel out of state as needed.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Valid driver's license, if required.
