Licensed Real Estate Agent (AI Specialist) – SAN FRANCISCO, CA

Pay Rate: $48 – $52 per hour

Schedule: Flexible, Project-Based (Minimum 2 hours/week)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent Professionals to join an innovative remote project with a leading real estate technology company, supporting the improvement of Artificial Intelligence tools and customer experience in the real estate industry.

This is NOT a sales position.

This role does NOT involve buying, selling, prospecting, commissions, or generating leads. Instead, selected professionals will leverage their real estate expertise to help improve AI-generated insights, customer interactions, and transaction-related accuracy.

What You’ll Do

* Review buyer reports and AI-generated recommendations

* Evaluate conversations between buyers and real estate agents

* Help ensure the client's AI systems provide accurate and useful real estate information

* Apply local market knowledge to improve customer experience and AI accuracy

* Provide feedback to improve processes and customer interactions

* Conduct quality reviews with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

✅ Real Estate License Required

✅ Real estate experience (Real Estate Licensing is Mandatory)

✅ Strong understanding of the real estate transaction process

✅ Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking

✅ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

✅ Experience in the San Francisco area market to provide local market expertise
