RN - Case Management

Overview:

Seeking experienced travel nurses for a rewarding RN - Case Management role in Brooksville, Florida. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate high-quality patient care within a busy hospital setting, working alongside a collaborative healthcare team. Enjoy a consistent schedule with alternating weekends, in a facility committed to delivering outcome-oriented and cost-effective care.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of previous case management experience in an inpatient or acute care hospital setting
• Experience with InterQual and Millman criteria
• Experience with discharge planning
• Experience working with all patient populations
• Case Management or Utilization Review Certification highly preferred
• Active nursing license in good standing
• Certifications as required for case management roles

Schedule:

• Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Work in accordance with facility policy, including alternating weekends and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
