We are hiring a Bistro Breakfast Server who is responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests in the hotel's Bistro. This role ensures a welcoming environment, accurate order taking, high-quality food and beverage presentation, and a clean, well-maintained dining area. The server represents the Marriott brand through genuine hospitality and consistent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service
  
  • Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
  • Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to brand standards
  • Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
  • Handle guest concerns or requests with urgency and professionalism
  Bistro Operations
  
  • Set up, stock, and maintain the breakfast area, including condiments, utensils, and supplies
  • Ensure all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and presented according to Marriott standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and prep areas
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with restocking inventory and rotating product
  • Operate POS system, handle payments, and balance cash drawer as required
  Team & Brand Standards
  
  • Uphold Marriott service culture and appearance standards
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen, front desk, and management
  • Support teammates during peak periods
  • Attend required trainings and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens

Qualifications

• • Previous food & beverage or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Must meet local health and alcohol service certification requirements (if applicable)
  Schedule
  
  • Early morning shifts required
  • Weekends and holidays as needed based on business levels
