Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Skilled nursing facility experience required. Experience in long term care required. Experience in subacute care required. New graduates are not eligible. Experience using PointClickCare and Net Health required. Flu vaccination required unless there is a medical exemption. Assignment Details Schedule: flexible hours Monday through Friday. Patient population includes subacute, long term care, and outpatient residents. Productivity expectation: 90% for assistants.
