Geotechnical Engineer

Sr. Geotechnical EngineerWe are looking for a driven Sr. Geotechnical Engineer to support the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects across a variety of environments. This role offers the opportunity to develop project engineering skills under the guidance of senior staff, while contributing to geotechnical design, fieldwork, and client reporting. Ideal candidates will have hands-on field experience, technical curiosity, and a strong foundation in engineering principles.Senior Geotechnical Engineer (PE)Job Summary: Responsible for managing geotechnical engineering projects, supervising technical staff, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet client, budget, and schedule requirements.Responsibilities:Manage geotechnical investigations, analysis, and reportingDevelop project schedules, budgets, and staffing plansOversee preparation of technical reports, proposals, and design documentsReview work for technical accuracy and complianceInterface directly with clients and provide project updatesSupervise and mentor engineering staffSeal completed work as a Professional EngineerTravel up to 10% as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering8–10+ years of geotechnical engineering experienceProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredProject management experience preferredFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GSLOPE, Rocscience, and MS OfficeOSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred)Valid driver's licenseCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $105,000–$150,000Bonus potentialBenefits, PTO, 401(k)Tuition reimbursement and professional developmentIf you're a motivated Sr. Geotechnical Engineer ready to build your future in a supportive, growth-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.
