This is a highly visible role for an experienced marketer who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We're looking for someone who can determine not only how marketing initiatives should be executed , but also which initiatives should be prioritized to drive business growth . About the Role As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that support awareness, market engagement, pipeline generation, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and external partners while serving as the primary owner of day-to-day marketing activities. This is an opportunity to build, optimize, and scale marketing programs across multiple channels while helping shape overall marketing strategy. Develop marketing plans aligned with company goals and growth initiatives Help refine target audiences, market segments, and ideal customer profiles Apply messaging consistently across digital channels, campaigns, content, and sales materials Prioritize marketing investments and programs based on business objectives and expected impact Identify opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement across marketing efforts Campaign Management & Execution Lead integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, content, webinars, and events Own the marketing calendar, timelines, and execution plans Coordinate internal stakeholders, external agencies, and freelance resources Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs based on results Content Marketing & Thought Leadership Oversee development of content including case studies, blogs, sales collateral, webinars, website content, and thought leadership materials Create, edit, and refine content when necessary Repurpose content across channels to maximize reach and effectiveness Support sales enablement initiatives through impactful marketing materials Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manage website, email, social media, and digital marketing programs Execute lead generation and nurturing campaigns Drive awareness and engagement through targeted multi-channel initiatives Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results Events & Webinars Plan and manage webinar programs from promotion through follow-up Evaluate and coordinate conference and event participation Integrate events into broader marketing and demand generation efforts Ensure post-event opportunities and content are effectively leveraged Marketing Operations & Analytics Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales teams to support marketing technology and campaign tracking Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms to measure performance Develop reporting and insights to evaluate marketing impact Use data to improve messaging, channel performance, and resource allocation Qualifications 5-8+ years of progressive marketing experience Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or B2B SaaS strongly preferred Strong strategic planning and prioritization skills Hands-on experience with campaign management, content marketing, digital marketing, webinars, and events Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms Strong written communication, project management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight What You'll Find Significant ownership and influence over marketing strategy and execution Direct collaboration with company leadership A highly visible role with meaningful impact on growth A collaborative and entrepreneurial environment Hybrid flexibility with two days per week onsite in Cape Cod If you're a versatile marketer who enjoys building strategy, executing programs, and driving measurable business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
