Maternal & Family Empowerment Case Manager

Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St. Joseph is seeking a Mom’s Empowerment Program case manager to support pregnant mothers and their babies during the first year of life. You will provide prenatal and postpartum guidance and coordinate access to services. Responsibilities include intake, goal setting, referrals, and assisting with housing, transportation, and essential needs within a 38-hour work week at the Kansas City office.
