We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility technology initiatives. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects that span multiple business units and impact various applications. You will play a critical leadership role in aligning project execution with business objectives while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility technology initiatives. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects that span multiple business units and impact various applications. You will play a critical leadership role in aligning project execution with business objectives while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large, complex, and high-impact IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Collaborate with business leaders and project sponsors to define scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines .
- Build, lead, and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while proactively managing changes and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders .
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations and organizational standards.
- Support IT strategic initiatives by delivering projects aligned with business priorities.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within IT environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- PMP or PMI certification strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools for schedule management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices .
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently while being a strong team player .
- Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong commitment to quality.
