Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique goals. \n
- Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to provide holistic care for clients. \n
- Maintain and document confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. \n
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance skills and provide the best care possible. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and substance abuse issues. Our clinic serves clients from various backgrounds and demographics, and your ability to form meaningful connections will be vital in fostering a therapeutic alliance. Additionally, you will facilitate group counseling sessions that promote peer support and community among clients with shared experiences.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. \n
- A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy within a mental health context. \n
- Proficiency with evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to various mental health disorders. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, critical for documentation and client interactions. \n
- A strong commitment to ethical practice and protecting client confidentiality. \n

- Hands-on experience with telehealth counseling methodologies. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing client information. \n
- Experience working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary treatment team setting. \n
- Specialized training or certification in trauma-informed care or addiction treatment. \n
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
