Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to provide holistic care for clients.

• Maintain and document confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance skills and provide the best care possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, and substance abuse issues. Our clinic serves clients from various backgrounds and demographics, and your ability to form meaningful connections will be vital in fostering a therapeutic alliance. Additionally, you will facilitate group counseling sessions that promote peer support and community among clients with shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
