Job Overview Dishwasher Range: $12.71 - $15.33 Red Robin isn’t your typical burger restaurant. We’re a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! Responsibilities You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen and properly washing and sorting dishes. You may also be involved in food prep to keep the heart of house engine running and will keep guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. Other Types of Compensation : Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance : Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits : 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
