Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students for the full 26/27 school year. This full-time position consists of a four-day workweek, working 8.75 hours each day for a total of 35 hours weekly. You'll work across all grade levels and manage a caseload of approximately 45 students.

Required Credentials and Experience:

• Valid Washington State SLP or SLPA license
• ESA certification (for SLP positions)
• Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based populations
• New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcomed
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to various educational environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students of varying ages and needs
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
• Offer guidance and consultation to colleagues and caregivers
