Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Adult Acute Care unit in Louisville, KY. The RN will provide safe, patient-centered care, perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS certifications required
• Strong skills in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical intervention
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer treatments and monitor patient responses
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge planning
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Mentor support staff and maintain quality patient care standards

BLS, ACLS, PALS & NIHSS certifications required
