• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
