Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy Manager

Lead with purpose, elevate outcomes, and redefine inpatient pharmacy excellence as the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager in a Northern California hospital. As the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager, you will lead a collaborative inpatient pharmacy that serves a critical access facility and meets the unique needs of a rural community. You will oversee the full medication use process for acute care, emergency, perioperative, and swing bed services; drive antimicrobial stewardship, medication reconciliation, therapeutic drug monitoring, and safe sterile compounding; and maintain exceptional service levels essential to a critical access hospital.
