WEL Companies Driver Referral Program

Earn Up to $1,500 Per Driver You Refer

Know a great driver? Get rewarded for bringing them to WEL Companies.

At WEL Companies, we know that great drivers know other great drivers. That's why we've created one of the industry's most rewarding referral programs. Whether you refer an experienced CDL-A driver or a new CDL graduate entering our Cadet Program, you can earn substantial bonuses as they progress through their career with WEL.

There's no limit to how many qualified drivers you can refer, so the earning potential is entirely up to you.

Referral Bonuses

Experienced CDL-A Driver Referrals

Earn up to $1,500 per qualified referral.

Your referral bonus is paid as your driver reaches key milestones:

$500 after their 3rd dispatch
$250 after 30 days
$250 after 60 days
$500 after 90 days

Total Bonus: $1,500

Cadet (Student Driver) Referrals

Earn up to $1,000 per qualified referral.

Bonuses are paid as your Cadet successfully completes training:

$500 after completing the mentor phase
$500 after successfully testing out

Total Bonus: $1,000

Refer 5 experienced drivers $7,500
Refer 10 experienced drivers $15,000

Whether you refer one driver or many, WEL rewards you for helping build a stronger team.
