Good Golly Garage Doors is hiring a residential Garage Door Service Technician to serve homeowners across the High Desert - Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, Oak Hills, Adelanto, and the surrounding mountain communities.

What you'll earn- Base hourly pay + commission + bonus incentives
- Uncapped commission on every repair, install, and upgrade - realistic first-year earnings of $62,000–$95,000 , with top techs earning more
- Company truck and fuel card - you never put miles or gas on your own vehicle

- Diagnose and repair residential garage doors and openers - springs, cables, rollers, tracks, panels, and safety sensors
- Install new garage doors and opener systems with careful alignment and testing
- Perform safety inspections and tune-ups, and walk homeowners through your findings with honest, upfront pricing
- Troubleshoot door and opener issues and complete most repairs on the first visit
- Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready to roll
- Follow all safety protocols - for yourself and for every home you enter
- Deliver the kind of friendly, professional service that earns 5-star reviews
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Garage door experience preferred - but if you've got the right attitude and mechanical skills, we'll train you
- Comfortable with hand and power tools, and able to lift 75+ lbs
- Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record
- A customer-first attitude with clear, friendly communication
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely proud of your work
- Job type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, with some weekends as needed
- Service area: High Desert and surrounding cities
