Lutheran Social Services is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Staff member to provide direct care to adults and youth with mental health needs in residential and community settings. In this role, you will assist with daily living skills, coping strategies, and goal achievement while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will observe and document client behavior, support treatment and safety plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. LSS offers a mission-driven, inclusive environment with training, supervision, and opportunities for growth in behavioral health and community-based services.
