Laboratory Technician - PFAS - M-F, 7am-3:30pm
$17.75 per hourEurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Laboratory Technician position supporting PFAS testing operations at an environmental testing facility. Responsibilities include sample preparation, equipment maintenance, chemical waste disposal, and data entry following established protocols and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory cleaning and chemical waste disposal per approved methods
- Prepare, wash, and inventory glassware and specialized equipment
- Prepare reagents, spikes, and perform sample extractions as needed
- Enter analytical data accurately into laboratory information management system
- Complete quality control samples and maintain current training documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient English language skills for reading, writing, and speaking
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Previous laboratory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions independently
Compensation: $17.75 per hour
