Business System Analyst

Role Title: Business Systems Analyst – Capacity & Demand Management Employment Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire Duration: 8 Months (Potential to Convert to Full-Time) Position Overview Our client is building a new Enterprise Capacity & Demand Management program and is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help establish enterprise-wide planning, governance, and forecasting processes across infrastructure teams. This is not a hands-on technical implementation role. Responsibilities Partner with infrastructure and technology teams across the enterprise to support capacity planning initiatives. Develop and maintain enterprise capacity planning and demand management processes. Forecast infrastructure growth and resource utilization (storage, compute, network, etc.). Facilitate meetings and drive discussions with cross-functional technology stakeholders. Track, analyze, and report on capacity metrics and planning activities. Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable documentation. Create process documentation, reporting, and executive-level materials. Support the ongoing development and maturity of the Enterprise Capacity & Demand Management program. Required Qualifications Experience coordinating large, cross-functional technology initiatives or enterprise programs. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Background in process improvement and operational planning. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with infrastructure planning or capacity management. IT infrastructure or IT operations background. Experience supporting enterprise governance or planning initiatives. Financial services or banking industry experience is a plus.
