Job Description

The Medical Assistant will support clinical and administrative functions within a specialty healthcare practice, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality patient care. This role involves patient interaction, clinical support, and maintaining accurate health records to facilitate effective treatment and office operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient intake and record vital signs
Manage electronic health records (EHR)
Collect specimens for laboratory analysis
Provide patient education on procedures and care plans
Assist clinical staff with medical procedures
Perform administrative duties to support office operations

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in medical assisting
Associate Degree in Medical Assisting or related field
