Beztak is looking to hire a Lead Server to join our team. The Lead Server performs all necessary duties to uphold the community's standards of quality and excellence in food, service, hospitality, and friendliness, while also ensuring that other servers meet these expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensuring guest satisfaction when taking food orders
• Oversee serving staff to ensure high level of hospitality and excellence in food is displayed
• Delivering of beverages, as well as bussing and resetting tables
• Providing quick, efficient, pleasant delivery of food, while at the same time maintaining high quality standards of service
• Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:

• Two years' experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant

BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS:

Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state-requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing.

Arizona applicants will need to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, TB test and clear the Adult Protective Services registry.

Michigan applicants will need to take a TB test and complete fingerprinting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require occasional climbing stairs, an lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This position operates in a dining room setting. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
• The employee may be exposed to hazards including, but are not limited to, cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns.
• Frequent hand washing is required.
