TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Tacoma, Washington. Job Description Specialty Psychiatric Discipline RN Start Date 08/26/2026 Duration 21 weeks Hours 36 hours per week Shift 12 hours, days Employment Type Travel Unit Behavioral Health Experience Required 3 years psych exp with at least 2 years being recent inpatient psych. No exceptions. EPIC required, Previous travel experience required. MUST have Blood draw exp., medication passes, psych de-escalation techniques (security on site does NOT lead codes), run groups, documentation, EMR experience, seclusion and restraint experience preferred. Charge prn required: facility will train - Charge experience NOT required Certs Required BLS, CPI or MOAB, Active WA/Compact license. Experience Required 2 years RN, 1 year recent inpatient psych. Patient Types Adult (18-65) Psych, they do use seclusion, they do not do Detox or SUD (substance use disorder).
