Clinical Supervisor (BCBA, RN, LPC or LCSW)

Location: Augusta, GA (Coweta County) This is a field-based leadership role requiring travel for participant visits and team support. Work includes community settings, occasional office work, and remote administrative responsibilities.

Schedule: Full Time

Pay: $76,000 annually

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and clinical guidance to Intensive Support Coordinators (ISCs) serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on risk management, staff supervision, care coordination, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to ISCs
  • Conduct joint visits and assess participant needs and risks
  • Review 25% of caseloads quarterly for compliance
  • Support development and implementation of service plans
  • Identify staff training needs and support development
  • Ensure adherence to DBHDD policies and protocols
  • Conduct annual face-to-face visits for assigned caseload
  • Facilitate monthly supervision meetings with ISCs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership
  • Support crisis resolution and service coordination
Qualifications
  • Licensed professional (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, RN, Psychologist, BCBA or related)
  • 2+ years experience with behavioral health/IDD populations
  • 3+ years experience in case management or care coordination
  • Experience with service planning and program recommendations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
