We are currently expanding our U.S.–Canada fleet and looking for professional CDL-A drivers for high-mileage OTR runs. With high-paying Cross-Border routes, we have the miles to keep you moving. THE PAY AND PERKS Annual Earnings: Up to $100,000/year potential. Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 to get you started. Consistency: 9,000 – 12,500 miles per month. Additional Pay: Paid Orientation, Paid Picks and Drops, and Quarterly Safety Bonuses. Referral Program: Earn extra cash for bringing other professional drivers to the team. THE GEAR AND THE RUN Modern Fleet: Late-model Automatic Trucks (Volvo, Kenworth, Freightliner). In-Cab Comfort: Trucks are equipped with GPS tracking, SiriusXM, and user-friendly Samsara e-logs. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience: Minimum 18 months of verifiable CDL-A experience (53-foot trailers). License: Valid CDL Class A license. Border Ready: Passport required only for cross-border routes (Experience with reefers and cross-border work is a major plus). Safety First: Must pass DOT road test, drug screen, and background check.
