Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and well-being. Ensure the health, safety, and cleanliness of the classroom and play areas. Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among children. Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, progress, and development. Qualifications Have earned or be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR have CDA Credentials (Required for Head Teacher Positions Only) Previous experience as a teacher in a daycare or preschool setting (Required for Head Teacher Position Only). CPR and First Aid certification (Not Required but Preferred). Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
