Owner & Director of Duck Duck Goose Childcare Job Summary We are a reputable daycare center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our team and provide excellent care and supervision to the children we care for. If you're committed to fostering early childhood education and have strong leadership skills, we invite you to apply! Responsibilities Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans. Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and well-being. Ensure the health, safety, and cleanliness of the classroom and play areas. Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among children. Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance, progress, and development. Qualifications Have earned or be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR have CDA Credentials (Required for Head Teacher Positions Only) Previous experience as a teacher in a daycare or preschool setting (Required for Head Teacher Position Only). CPR and First Aid certification (Not Required but Preferred). Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
