in the Entertainment and Recreation industry, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall entertainment experience. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the establishment’s reputation for outstanding service and guest enjoyment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or entertainment venue.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and order management software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system promptly.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, service stations, and utensils.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or electronic transactions securely.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to provide a safe dining environment.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or daily service.
