This seasonal position serves as the main point of contact for all guests and may involve point-of-sale transactions, email correspondence, and general guest services. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Objectives of This RoleDeliver exceptional service to guests that encourages repeat visits and long-term loyaltyCollaborate with coworkers to achieve sales goals through suggestive selling and special promotionsInform guests about products, programs, and services, offering guidance and recommendations when appropriateMaintain a tidy and welcoming environmentRepresent the resort with professionalism and enthusiasmTreat all guests with respect and courtesyDuties & ResponsibilitiesGreet guests as they enter the resortRespond to guest inquiries via in-person, phone, or email about the ski area, resort operations, programs, rates, and policiesSell season passes, lift tickets, snow school lessons, and retail itemsHandle point-of-sale transactions: cash, cheque, debit, and credit card processing; count register floats and complete daily cash-out reportsRestock and organize merchandise on the sales floorResolve guest complaints and issues in a timely, professional mannerEnsure a clean, organized, and safe work environmentRespond quickly and politely to requests from guests, supervisors, or management, following up to ensure guest satisfactionAdditional InformationThis is a seasonal positionTeam-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to growth and development are essentialQualifications & SkillsExcellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to stand, walk, and bend throughout shiftsAble to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environmentCourteous, proactive, and able to demonstrate problem-solving skillsFlexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during peak periodsPrevious customer service experience preferredGood knowledge of Lee Canyon community, resort operations, and ski hill offerings #J-18808-Ljbffr Mountain-Capital-Partners
