Responsibilities Manage shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to aid transition. Help departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.
