As the first point of contact for our service guests, the Service Greeter plays a critical role in setting the tone for every customer visit.We are looking for someone who is dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of the service department.The Service Greeter is responsible for welcoming customers as they arrive for service appointments, assisting with the check-in and vehicle flow process, and providing operational support throughout the service department. This role also assists with cashiering responsibilities, customer communication, vehicle coordination, and maintaining a clean and organized service environment.The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesPhone Support: Primarily answer and direct callers to the primary service advisor or appropriate personnel to resolve guest concerns. Update Customers on vehicle repair statuses.Customer Interaction: Greet customers promptly in the service lane or lobby and assist with check-ins or vehicle drop-offs.Appointment Scheduling: Book service appointments and manage service lane traffic/schedules.Repair Orders (ROs): Assist as required to open, process, update, and help close repair orders by accurately entering customer and vehicle data into management software (such as Dealertrack or equivalent dealership systems).Shop Assistance: Assist with administrative duties, coordinate parts or runner tasks, and help maintain a clean, organized service lounge and lane.Why Join Germain Automotive Partnership?At Germain Automotive Partnership, we believe our employees are the foundation of our success.
