Roofer/Laborer

Position OverviewAs a Roofer/Laborer, you will play a hands-on role in commercial roofing projects, assisting with roofing system installations, metal work, and daily job-site operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems, primarily single-ply (TPO, EPDM, etc.)Perform metal installations, including coping, gutters, and edge metalPrepare job sites and perform daily clean-upFollow all safety protocols, including fall protection and OSHA regulationsHandle and transport roofing materials and toolsWork collaboratively with technicians and crew members to meet project deadlinesMaintain high-quality workmanship and a clean, safe work environmentRequirementsExperience with single-ply roofing systems (other commercial roofing experience a plus)Knowledge of metal roofing components, including coping, gutters, and edge metalAbility to operate heavy equipment (forklifts, man lifts, etc.)Ability to perform physical labor, lift materials, and work at heightsStrong commitment to job-site safety and OSHA complianceCompany Culture & ValuesAt Jolly Roofing & Contracting, we foster a supportive, team-oriented environment built on integrity, safety, and excellence.
