Senior Director of Portfolio Naming

Leading the evolution of naming capabilities, the full-time Senior Director of Portfolio Naming will establish strategies, governance, and organizational structures to enhance portfolio clarity and decision-making while working flexibly or remotely. Key responsibilities Define and implement the Portfolio Naming Strategy, ensuring alignment with product and market needs Serve as steward of the Portfolio Naming Ecosystem, reducing fragmentation and improving consistency across naming constructs Build a scalable enterprise capability for naming, including governance, workflows, and metrics to support portfolio complexity Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, product marketing, portfolio strategy, or related fields Proven experience influencing VP- and C-level stakeholders and operating at the intersection of product and portfolio strategy Experience in building and scaling organizational capabilities or centers of excellence Strong understanding of enterprise software portfolios and go-to-market models Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills Virtual Vocations Inc
